About CEO Strata

CEO Strata was founded in 2016 by Peter Ross.

Peter was first exposed to strata management when he bought an investment unit in Bondi in 2010. The block needed major maintenance and upgrading, a complex process that occupied much of Peter’s time over the next few years. The inability of the strata manager to guide this process for the owners highlighted to Peter the inadequacy of the service provided by typical strata managing agents.

With a master’s degree in management and thirty years broad experience as a manager and CEO – and having been contemplating a change in career direction, Peter concluded that there had to be a better way.

Peter left his previous CEO role, obtained his Strata Managing Agent’s Licence, gained some hands on experience and developed his ideas while working for one of the largest Strata Management companies in Australia.

Six years later, Peter opened the doors to his own boutique agency CEO Strata in Bondi Beach with the aim to provide the best strata management service in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
