This ensures the lowest possible rates for schemes with routine needs and the highest level of service for schemes with more complex requirements.

How can we offer such a high standard of service at such a competitive price?

Simple.  We charge a low retainer to cover those routine administrative tasks that are common to all strata schemes, such as issuing levy notices, maintaining records, banking income and paying bills.

Because we use the best technology available it doesn’t take much time, so we can do this routine work at a remarkably affordable price.

For other tasks such as arranging contractors, convening meetings, and managing projects, we charge a competitive hourly rate.

You only pay for the services you need.

Our fee schedule is simple and our charges are totally transparent.

And unlike many strata managing agents, we don’t charge a ‘fixed disbursement fee’.

Most of the documents and information owners need is readily available, free of charge, via our secure online portal.

The only thing we charge for is printing and mailing documents when requested, and our charges are reasonable.

Most schemes that move from another strata managing agent to CEO Strata will pay less than they previously paid for a much better service.
